TIG hose adapter.
It is placed in the 150 or 200 amp power outlet and connected to the argon gas hose or co2/argon mixture.
This piece can also be used in the Lincoln Electric LN25 case for the co2/argon (mixture) input.
The thread measurement is 5/8 and the tang is 5mm
